Checking in to a westjet flight in Regina @WestJet absolutely painful…. No idea what they are doing …. Took forever and all speaking a language other than English or French…. We are in Canada!!!

@WestJet and yet again another delayed flight …. Never a flight on time for westjet in Calgary the incompetence is astounding..

@WestJet and by the way just because a plane leaves the gate if it sits on the tarmac for a hour you can’t say that it left…. Again try being honest with the customers…. We are waiting for our family…and your flight status is completely wrong…. Shame on you.

@WestJet it is ridiculous westjet get your crap together every flight late… Mr ceo from Europe it snows every year in Calgary figure out your processes or please find a ceo that will. It’s Christmas and you could care less about how you are ruining people’s Christmas….

@AirCanada As someone who flies a lot every year and our flight carrier options in Canada are limited it is so frustrating as i sit and watch us be over a hour late with no updates from the pilot as we sit fully boarded to Regina fully loaded for well over 40 minutes AC1119 today

@WestJet absolutely ridiculous we have been sitting on plane for 90 minutes waiting for them to find 2 bags … it doesn’t take that long to fully unload the bags and put back in… the incompetence is ridiculous….

@lufthansa get it together flying LH2233 a hour flight already 1.5 hours late and now on the plane cause no crew to put stairs out nor buses. Does the customers time matter at all to you… absolute brutal

@WestJet this whole de icing process in Calgary is a joke - does this new CEO from Europe actually know it snows every year in Calgary… every flight in the winter is late surely someone at westjet jet can figure out a more efficient process to de ice.

@WestJet every time I fly it’s a disaster today they opened the door after it was closed let a guy on and we had done the safety presentation … that’s a new one …. Now it’s been 25 minutes in Regina for bags at midnight… you could literally walk the 20 steps to the plane joke

@AHoensbroech @WestJet Apparently guys who pushed us back also de ice guys…. Come on already staff your company properly… Since you have come the customer service, staff morale and overall operations have gotten worse. Give me 1 hour and I could fix a number of things that drive customers crazy…

@AHoensbroech @WestJet As far as I can tell 1/2 the issues are weather and half are incompetence on behalf of you and your team. We are in Regina - like 3 flights in so not busy - they push us back and we sit for 40 minutes after already being 2 hours late and captain says waiting for de ice

@WestJet now the gate agents have gone missing so we do t have the final count to take off- this is ridiculous we have a ton of connections in flight don’t you get it… this will cause way more work in Calgary if connections are missed….

@CaesarsPalace service ridiculous… 20 minutes to cash chips in -1 person serving the general public and the taxi set up was absurd…. Walk a mile to catch a taxi…. Never again
