The critical difference is that Vegans demand all others to join their religion or else they're demons/dammed. Many animals would not have the populations they currently enjoy without husbandry practices. Many plants are GMO'd and pesticide-ridden (as well as many factory-farmed animals, unfortunately), and have the byproduct of pest/rodent slaughter to maintain the quantity of plants Vegans maintain are required for their so-called "healthy and sustainable" lifestyle. Funny. Very old talking points. Good luck with all of that.
