How good is Australia?!
Remember though, that pensioner with a second property is to blame for being a greedy landlord.

At this point, I think we could say $15B was taken from Victorians and passed around between criminal organisations…

@beastieboy07 @Uz_Khawaja Suggesting its racist to criticise a decision about playing a round of golf the day before the 1st ashes test is absolutely ridiculous.
English

Never fun to write about but had to be done. To give an insight, having walked in those shoes, into why @Uz_Khawaja felt the need to let out all his emotions. He isn’t playing the race card or playing victim. He’s letting you know how it feels & so am I

Football used to have legendary pro-democracy activists - Socrates, Captain of Brazil perhaps best.
Under the brutal ruling junta of the 80’s, he relinquished his captaincy of Corinthians so the team could become a model of democratic decision making in the struggle against dictatorship, sharing the leadership as an antidote to authoritarianism and pledged to leave Brazil without power being granted to the people.
He left, to play in Italy.
This is courage and principle that sport can provide.
Ali was convicted, his title stripped and banned for his conscientious objection to the Vietnam war, Aussie Norman joined Smith and Carlos’s black power salute at the 68 Olympics. A moment remembered today for its bravery.
Today, sadly, the world’s largest and most influential sport is not well served by its greats.
Who lavish praise on those harming people, attacking international law, arming genocide, burning the climate, attacking migrants, enriching themselves, undermining democracy.
A sporting legend will naturally meet with all power holders.
But this false praise for personal gain is an insult to the game.
Which was built, and is played, by the common people of the world.
The very people being demonised, attacked, bombed, labeled as criminals, their public money misappropriated, their futures burnt.
This is just more Infantino.
