(12/n) Try the ‘something different’ cafe. We went at night so didn’t really get to experience it so much but heard v highly of it, prolly its great during the day. Food is also nice. Alc also available. One thing they do nice is they ask if they could click a picture of you, and 5 mins later come give you hard copy of it. Sorry for spoiler. This is also at beach no2

What to do in Andaman - AN ITINERARY Peak time to go to Andaman, too many people going for scuba, falling from scooty in havelock, and everything in between - here’s my 2 cents on how to navigate this chaotic, remote, beautiful place (1/n) Definitely do scuba, 10 agents will find you and give you solid deals, choose the one who offers scuba for 2.5k including photos and videos. Sounds scammy, but won’t be (mostly)

@aditi_tibarewal I would probably say it's best to go with green ocean for their open deck. Book a sunrise or sunset time vessel and you will be able to experience amazing views. Only possible from an open deck, which green ocean and govt vessel provides. Others feel just like a plane cabin

(8/n) Ferry ranges from 1200 to 2200 based on which ferry (fast or slightly slow), and tier in ferry - royal/premium etc Doesn’t matter, take anything xD There is Makruzz, Nautika and Green Ocean - best to ok in that order.

@TheyCallMeMr_ The disturbing part here is that they are investing on a ceiling fan instead of actually investing the money to fix the root cause of mental health issues. They are making people believe that ceiling fans are the problem for a higher suicide rate. What a joke!

> be "premier" technical institute > situated in a place where the humidity comfort level is straight up miserable for 3 months in a year > take "decisive" step to downsize the only cooling device in the room This place is an absolute joke.

Faced with a troubling spike in student suicides, #IITKharagpur is taking an unusual but decisive step, downsizing ceiling fans in #hostel rooms to make them unusable for self-harm. The initiative is part of a larger mental health push aimed at protecting students from moments of impulsive distress. Details here 🔗toi.in/f9G4fY78

As a part of robotix fest at college, we had to call a long list of people to invite them for fest. I only called girls (around 500 of them). A few of them showed up, I liked one and we dated for around 6 years. Cold calling works.

Congratulations to @felfel @HammadH4 @keikumata and the entire @PlayAIOfficial team on their acquisition by @Meta Superintelligence Lab! All of us @kindredventures are thankful and honored to be part of their journey as their lead seed investor last year. I'm stoked for them to get all the GPUs and gigawatts they want now at Meta and continue their incredible speech model and voice agent work with Mark, Alex, Nat, and team. :) More below on their story: kindredventures.com/announcement/p…

Successfully defended my thesis today! Extremely grateful to my amazing advisor, @kamalikac, whose unwavering support, insights, teachings and motherly love made all this possible.. Even the darkest of days seemed lighter & hopeful after spending just 5 mins with her! It has been my absolute privilege to be her student and become a mini Kamalika along the way. I only hope I can make her proud! Also a big thanks to my committee members, #SanjoyDasgupta, @BergKirkpatrick & #TaraJavidi! A bit about my research -- my research has been about designing Trustworthy AI solutions but with real-world incentive structures in mind. While AI holds great promise for societal impact, it also poses serious risks—from reinforcing bias to compromising privacy. The Trustworthy AI literature offers numerous solutions for desirable properties such as fairness, explainability, privacy and so on. Yet, many of these solutions fall short when deployed in the real-world since the real-world is rife with misaligned incentives between stakeholders (model developers, data providers, customers etc.) in the AI pipeline. My research aims to develop end-to-end Trustworthy AI solutions that account for these realities. I (1) examine how existing methods fail under incentive misalignment and (2) design end-to-end robust solutions using cryptographic approaches which account for said incentives. Together, my research calls for a rethinking of what it means to be truly Trustworthy in a world shaped by conflicting incentives. Defense Slides 👇

@pranitbauva1997 There is only one right temperature to drink Jagermaster. And that is -17 degrees Celsius. The herbs only bring the intended effect on tongue at this temperature for this drink.

Temperature and Beverages Temperature affects how people feel about the taste of their beverages and drinks. Good brands know this and use it to their advantage, while it becomes a painful liability for others.

A guy was giving a coding interview. The interviewer sent a coding problem to solve on his screen. He had no clue how to solve it. So he told the interviewer “Actually I have solved this question recently, so it won’t be fair” The interviewer got impressed by the honesty, and also a bit embarrassed for not posing an original question, so immediately switched the problem.

Never seen a movie as disappointing and as frustrating as superboys of malegaon. I want to become a film reviewer just so the anger i feel towards this film can somehow reach its makers. They saw the amazing supermen of malegaon and somehow made this shit.

As a cricket nerd, throwing Perplexity Deep Research API on all of cricket data and stats and getting into rabbit holes would be fun. Who has a good stats repository here? Anyone who wants to build this: happy to give you some API credits. 🏏
Aravind Srinivas@AravSrinivas

We’re making Deep Research available as an endpoint to all developers through the Perplexity Sonar API to help people build their custom research agents and workflows! Excited to see what people are going to build using this!
