YIMBYs keep calling SB9 a "duplex bill" when they know full well that existing ADU laws make it a six on a lot bill. And guess what else?? Zoning stays R1 & taxation gets fixed under Prop 13. No commercial taxes, either. These bills are wrong on so many levels. NO on #SB9 & #SB10
