Glad to see stopsb9.org oppose SB 9, which ends single-family zoning for all 7M homeowners in California. Think no yard, garage or trees. Where 1 home stands, 6 market-rate rentals appear. Built 4 feet from neighbors. Even in high fire zones. No hearings. A bad bill.
