I think despite xavi winning the league, we struggle. i think this is some better performance on the pitch When players trust and respect the coach, they’re more willing to listen, follow instructions, and give 100%. That chemistry usually turns tactics into results. Stronger team unity and motivation A good relationship makes players feel valued. That boosts morale, reduces dressing-room problems, and keeps everyone fighting for the team—even when results dip. Xavi never had this with the players 😕
