Mlima, Let us accept that we live in a Kenya that other communities occupy and that our numbers can be a political tool to bargain or a weapon to demolish . A tool to ensure that we get into a bargain with whoever is in power . Without entitlement, we can respectfully negotiate without blackmail. President Uhuru did so in 2009 and agreed to have President Ruto support him into presidency in 2013. They agreed on 10:10 years support pact . We are almost there in to fulfilling it. Uhuru managed to stabilize a country that was on the verge of anarchy . He became our true king Pin. We are now at our worst times, where our difference’s aren’t external; they are internal .Where leaders from our community are attacking each others in every forum including in solemn events like funerals and sacred places such churches. Infact,other communities are laughing at us as we tear each other out. We have broken the records and mutilated the very fabric that we swore not to . Hatred has become our currency. Every social media page is full of hatred and whining . Our local radio stations are amplifying hate, malice and propaganda bringing down homes , businesses and careers. Gossip and fake news are trending. I was in the media space in 1998, 2003 towards 2007 I know what I know. The HAGUE debacle wasn’t fun. We all said DONT BE VAGUE, GO TO HAGUE. We regretted . I write this piece with tears in my eyes when I remember what I saw and experienced. I swore never to be at it again and will never agree to beat tribal drums again . Now the Gen X and Zee may not have a feel of Election violence, they grew up In peace and respect. They may not know the costs of violence , pain of internally displaced persons .The pain of forced migration, the pain of mass graves . I have made a conscious decision to allow President Ruto to Govern in peace. Reminding him of responsibility as a steward of the country and help him recover the lost trusts and achievements. This is not a guarantee of a future political score, for politics is not a do or die affair for me . I carry the duty of those who elected me ; to serve them and lobby for their interests. They didn’t send me to fight governments, they sent me to defend them,which I have done in Parliament and in other arena head high . I believed in kumi ya Uhuru , and committed to kumi ya Ruto . I elected him in 2017 knowing very well he’s not from Mlima and so I will support him knowing the same. Kenya is bigger than Mlima Kenya is for all of us . I hold a Kenyan degree not a Mlima degree . I am a daughter of Mlima but I live with daughters of other hills and valleys. I refuse to be a prisoner of tribal hatred just to be politically correct . You don’t have to support William Ruto but shun the tribal hatred and promote coexistence. Let’s shun tribal hatred. Respectfully, The Duchess of Githunguri.

Kiharu Masomo Bora - 2026 Edition. Grateful to have launched the program today. 1.The Programme covers over 12,000 learners in all 65 Day Secondary Schools in Kiharu. 2.School Fees for all Day Secondary School learners will be Ksh 500 per term starting this 1st term of 2026. (Senior Secondary Schools). 3.All learners to be served lunch at School on all days, including Saturdays. Githeri 3 days and rice 3 days. Uji for “tea” break. 4.Chapati to be served for lunch every last Friday of the Month. 5.Additional Ksh 10 M for revision materials to be provided by Kiharu NG – CDF this Financial Year. Ksh 20M has been provided in the previous years. 6.More than Ksh 50M to be provided for additional infrastructure, with a bias on laboratories. More has been provided since the programme started. 7.All students joining grade 10 in the 20 identified schools with low enrolment and the new schools (those starting this year) to be provided with uniforms for free. 8.All the 65 Day Schools will be provided with an extra Ksh 50,000 to supplement the activity kitty since capitation is not enough. For music festivals, games, and co-curricular activities. 9.Ksh 900,000 is provided for prize-giving celebrations. Ksh 450,000 for each of the two Sub Counties (Murang’a East and Kahuro). This is to reward the best performers without having parents pay for it. 10.The best improved teacher per subject in each of the sub-counties to get a paid-up trip to Mombasa. This will include the previous year, since some were participating in the marking of KCSE when they could have travelled. (From the MP – since public resources don’t have this provision). 11.Principals from the best and best-improved schools per ward to have a fully paid-up trip to Dubai. Of the 6 wards, twelve Principals will travel. Those who have travelled to Dubai before may choose to travel to Malaysia. 12.Schools with remedial arrangements capped at Ksh 1,000 per Term. 13.No other payment or registration fees of any nature in all the institutions. 14.Premiums and general service of buses owned by Day Secondary Schools to be paid for by the programme. Since they are common utilities accessible to and by any public institution. 15.The programme covers all learners, including Kenyans from other parts of the Country as long as they are in any of our Day Secondary Schools. We are African and Africa is our Business..

Wamunyoro is mysogynistic . ( Hater of Women ) . During his impeachment there two women Mps who publicly claimed that he verbally attacked them using unprintable words.(Refer to parliamentary hansard). Last week in a funeral ceremony in Kigumo he uttered not a word when Lamu Mp Hon Monica Muthoni was attacked by his suppotters for expressing her opinion. Infact, in his speech he affirmed that she deserved the wrath. He’s on record verbally attacking female Mps and governors like Waiguru, Susan Kihika and Mbarire. During Mbeere North by elections,he abused Gov Mbarire severally, the women collectively ganged to elect Hon Wamuthende in defense of their Governor and as a protest vote. He was deflated like a puff adder ! Going foward the antedote for Waminyoro’s verbal venom is women. And by the way the Maskio party is owned by Cleo Malala and Hezron Obaga. This is not a “Mlima” party. He’s a masquerader!
