@mattwilliams100 I've seen it so much in the last 5 years. I think it's one of those 'unofficial' rule changes - if there's no obvious advatange gained, don't penalise it. Like goalies holding the ball for a long time, taking the free-kick from the wrong place etc.

Has the throw-in rule changed? I genuinely think I’ve seen more foul throws not given this tournament than in the rest of my football-watching life combined.
