@AirFranceUK Thank-you, I have checked this- although the ready to fly portal still requires a PCR but that page you have sent gives no indication of needing it. Please could you confirm we don’t as we have had conflicting information

@AirFranceUK hi! Due to fly london to Bangkok via Paris on Saturday. Thailand no longer require pre departure PCR tests; but we had an email from Air France saying please upload proof. Can we disregard this email? No contact number to call so hoping you can respond please

Taking my daily exercise allowance outside, I came across a very wiggly lizard’s tail! I didn’t see the lizard it belonged to! Lizards can drop their tails as a defence mechanism giving them a chance to escape. Nature is wonderful! @BBCSpringwatch @Natures_Voice @WildlifeTrusts

@Hermesparcels someone has got in contact to tell me it’s been resolved at 3am. It hasn’t, I still don’t have my parcel. You need to sort out your service + tell me where my parcel has supposedly been delivered. @ZARA_Care you need to support customers and change couriers

@Hermesparcels a parcel was meant to be delivered on Saturday wasn’t, it went back to the depot without attempt. Then it has supposedly been delivered yesterday, but it hasn’t. I contacted you yesterday and I was told someone would be in touch within 28 hours- nobody has! Awful!

@ZARA_Care Hermes have said they have delivered my parcel but they haven’t, I have contacted them but they haven’t got back to me when they said they would and you have taken my money. What do I do? I need help!
