MMost AI companies will die not because their models are bad, but because they never figured out distribution. The best AI product is the one people actually use, not the one with the highest benchmark score.

the most underrated hire right now is a great product person. when i say product person i'm def not talking about a product manager. perhaps i think there has to be somewhat of a new role. i don't have a good name for it yet but maybe something like "product thinker".. someone with an intuitive grasp of the product as it exists, where it's soft, where it sings, & how to iterate it toward something even sharper. in some sense, this person has to cohesively hold in their head where this product should be 2 years from now & work backwards from that. i say this cuz when building was hard, engineering was the bottleneck & the status hierarchy often reflected that. building is no longer hard. which means the variance in outcomes has shifted almost entirely to judgment on what to build, how to sequence it, & how to talk about it. & the story matters as much as the thing. internally, it organizes the team around a shared model of why. externally, it shapes the interpretive frame users bring to their first experience. you can't retrofit narrative onto a product & expect it to land, it has to be load bearing from the start. the rarest version of this person sits at the intersection of culture & deep technology. someone genuinely bilingual. they know what's technically possible & they know which cultural currents are real vs. ephemeral. that combo is what separates products that feel inevitable from products that feel assembled. before ppl clap back with this person has always been valuable, i know.. i am just saying now they might be the most *important* person in the room. their value compounds like never before.

Agent Skills are a new software primitive. Not prompts. Not API wrappers. Entire autonomous systems: scripts, cron jobs, trailing stop engines, configuration, packaged as a readable file that any compatible agent picks up and runs. Our flagship @senpi_ai WOLF skill is a single folder. Inside it: 2,700+ lines of Python, 7 cron jobs running every 90 seconds to 15 minutes, a 4-tier trailing stop engine, a setup wizard, and battle-tested trading rules earned from real losses. What it does autonomously: → Scans 500+ markets every 90 seconds for first jumps → Enters positions before they peak, not after confirmation → Manages trailing stops that ratchet profit floors upward → Cuts dead weight when smart money conviction collapses → Rotates into higher-conviction setups → Reports every action to you on Telegram Proven: +$1,500, 65% win rate, 25+ trades, single session on a $6.5k budget. The agent doesn't ask permission. When criteria are met, it acts. Speed is edge. And because a skill is a readable file — not compiled code — the agent can review its own skill against actual P&L and propose improvements. We built a companion skill (HOWL) that does exactly this every night. The agent reads its own playbook, compares it to reality, and rewrites the parts that aren't working. Skills are npm for AI agent capabilities. Open source, portable across 20+ platforms, self-improving. github.com/Senpi-ai/senpi…

I've never felt this much behind as a programmer. The profession is being dramatically refactored as the bits contributed by the programmer are increasingly sparse and between. I have a sense that I could be 10X more powerful if I just properly string together what has become available over the last ~year and a failure to claim the boost feels decidedly like skill issue. There's a new programmable layer of abstraction to master (in addition to the usual layers below) involving agents, subagents, their prompts, contexts, memory, modes, permissions, tools, plugins, skills, hooks, MCP, LSP, slash commands, workflows, IDE integrations, and a need to build an all-encompassing mental model for strengths and pitfalls of fundamentally stochastic, fallible, unintelligible and changing entities suddenly intermingled with what used to be good old fashioned engineering. Clearly some powerful alien tool was handed around except it comes with no manual and everyone has to figure out how to hold it and operate it, while the resulting magnitude 9 earthquake is rocking the profession. Roll up your sleeves to not fall behind.

@simonw I'm starting to think the main reason AI hasn't increased GDP yet is that everyone is busy testing all the AI tools with no time for actual work.🙂

The $120M+ Balancer exploit exposes critical infrastructure vulnerabilities across DeFi protocols. A platform with $2.26B peak TVL, operational for 4+ years with multiple security audits, suffered complete compromise—demonstrating that audit theater cannot substitute for battle-tested system architecture. This systematic failure reinforces why Hyperliquid's hyper-performant infrastructure prioritizes security-by-design over rapid feature deployment. When processing billions in daily volume, every transaction must execute with mathematical certainty rather than probabilistic security assumptions. The industry's rush toward complexity creates attack vectors that threaten the entire permissionless finance movement.

Damn this ( $ETH ) price action is completely flipping my previous bearish stance - was expecting another leg down after we broke 3600.But this fucking bounce back above 3840 is showing real strength and the bulls are finally stepping up after that brutal 15% drop. Might actually see some upside momentum building here

@JW100x holding through volatility when big names backing x402 infrastructure is exactly how gems are made g

Those that are asking if I have sold any $ACE, I have not Typically when I think I have found a gem, I try to ignore short term volatility in the early stages, trying to be rational while most are irrational In the case of ACE, I believe this is my on-chain gem that can lead the x402 / AI narrative in the coming weeks / months Very rarely do you find such a vetted developer, working on a real issue, with a token price this cheap There are many comps you can make, but one of the easiest for me is ACE vs. PayAI, which I don't think most understand What PayAI built is a x402 facilitator, which is just a subservice of what ACE can do ACE has significantly more value capture and market verticals than the surrounding competition, though most haven't caught onto this yet Which is why, my absolute base case for ACE, is surpassing PayAI ATH($80M), though I think it can even surpass that I hold very few projects on-chain, but ACE is one that I have high hopes for, and quite optimistic about it's future Coinbase, Solana, Visa, many huge payment processor x blockchain names are actively promoting x402 projects, so fading it while it's all so cheap seems like quite the misstep gl

We’re excited to join @Visa, @Solana, and others in supporting x402 builders across the Solana ecosystem. CDP Embedded Wallets support the SVM.  It's the easiest way to build non-custodial, agent-aware interfaces for your users. 👉 Try out the experience visualizer here: demo.cdp.coinbase.com

The most important trait of a profitable trader is confidence. Sometimes I look back at successful trades I've done in the past and I don't believe it. There were just so many variables that needed to go right consecutively, in disbelief, I don't think they can ever happen again. But if it's happened once, twice, three... you might just be a good. With a pinch of luck. It's always good to stay humble in markets, but also acknowledge how much skill you've acquired over the years and continue the good work. There is nothing wrong with confidence. It's a skill-based game, it doesn't happen by accident. Run-on sentence. On the flip side, do not get overconfident. Being logical and confident in your decision before you press a button VS just blindly trusting your gut and full sending something. It'll work sometimes though, but don't depend on it. And this is from someone who loves his gut. Part III. Trading is a game of fine balance. Be confident, but not overconfident. Be humble, but take risks. Play the game, don't play the game. The difference between easy and hard is small. Walking the tight rope can be tiring, but that's how we win. The best advice I can give, is that it is like a muscle. Something that is trained consistently over the years. Trust it, trust your teammates, and win the game.
