I remember waking up because I heard pounding on the bathroom door. My grandmother had Alzheimer’s and she locked herself in the Jack and Jill restroom between our rooms where we had a mirror hanging on the back of the door and she was fighting the woman in the mirror that would not get out of her way because she wanted to see my baby. Her great grandchild is in my room.

From the files of an Alzheimer’s caregiver. Today my mom asked me at least 20 times where my dad is. He died in 2002. She asked me at least 20 times why I was sitting in a recliner resting. I had a painful surgery last week and I’m still recovering ( barely) She asked me at least 20 times when her parents were going to stop by. They have been dead for 40 and 35 years respectively. She asked me where Paul is 20 times ( that’s me) She wandered around every time I turned my head away from her. She walked by with no clothes on once. She went into the bathroom and locked herself in. All while I tried to watch her 24/7 while on painkillers. At least I could laugh and even asked her if she’d like to dance once. Thankfully she said absolutely not. 🤣 God bless her. Alzheimer’s is a vicious disease.

Standard procedure for home entry: warrant, consent, or exigent circumstances (imminent harm, hot pursuit, or objectively reasonable belief of emergency per recent SCOTUS precedent). If they have a valid court order (e.g., arrest warrant), they can enter with reasonable belief the person is inside. Accompanying someone under a protective order against the residence would likely violate that order and require separate justification. Video shows physical restraint/force inside the home—legality turns on the exact order, threats present, and if entry was justified. Full investigation needed for all sides.

Ps if there is a restraining order on the individual waiting outside, the woman is clearly asking for her family to give the restraining order to the officer if somebody did flea and come in the house, it could be to grab the piece of paper to give the cop to remove the other person off of the property

He did not brandish the court order He’s required to serve the warrant He is also required to read Miranda rights if he’s a sheriff I don’t know anything about tribal laws but the sheriff office is required to read you Miranda and the cops are to disclose why u are being detained when asked . I’m sorry you feel that way that is not what the constitution was intended for The separation of church and state stands regardless of anyone’s belief. You cannot have, for example, an employee of the state county or federal agency start a prayer or religious service and a housing unit of a jail you have to go into a separate room for that and invite people to come in because of separation of church and state that is what was intended. This country is supposed to be a safe Haven. We all have the freedom of choice first amendment protects that. Ask yourself is religion a verb? Did you know that courtrooms you are not placing your hand on the Bible to swear the truth you simply raise your hand? There was no Bible inside my federal courtroom for my January 6 trial I actually stopped at my grandmother‘s and picked up her Bible and brought it with me because in the event that they were going to make me put my hand on a Bible it was not going to be theirs!

You cannot call vet services or suicide hotline for counseling. You cannot call my Florida vet. You cannot call to make your car payment. You cannot call your bank. You could absolutely not call those numbers from jail phones ! not even if you had money on them! You cannot even call your local courthouse using the jail phone! You cannot call your insurance provider for your vehicle to make sure your payment has gone through so your license doesn’t get suspended while you’re sitting there either!

This is exactly what happened to my common law x husband in the state of Tennessee on 3/17 /2024 It is very scary to learn that the state loss as that no scans are needed to prove a person is deceased. All they need is a doctor to state. This person is dead and give them a time of death.
