@nxcare Thankyou for the reply. I find this a little unfair based on the circumstances of my situation. For a huge organisation to have no way of amending expired tickets seems a little unbelievable.

@nxcare hi, I was due to travel yesterday but couldn’t make the departure time due to being delayed at work. I would have amended the ticket but due to my job in the emergency services I was unable to access my phone or a computer. Ticket EUJSXD38

We at @HounslowFire say farewell to Firefighter Pete Beadle who had his final roll call today and has retired after serving his entire 25 year career at Feltham fire station. Pete is a fantastic firefighter and will be sorely missed by his colleagues. Thank you for your service

Today we remember the victims of the 7/7 bombings. Sadly fifty-two people, including our colleague Lee Baisden, lost their lives when London's transport network was attacked during rush hour. We also pay tribute to the emergency service crews who responded on that fateful day.

So, over 5 years service for this medal… I understand this criteria for jubilee medals. But for my colleagues who have done under 5 years won’t get this, even though they was serving before the King became the King. Explain that
