We are not the same, but we can live together in peace if we respect our differences and boundaries. God deliberately created us in tribes, and it is not a joke; it is our identity. When you live in a place different from your own culture, please respect your hosts….

@StatiSense The growth in IGR is primarily driven by inflation adjustments. The Oyo State government should clarify if they have implemented any transformative policy to boost this revenue🙂

I have never doubt his capacity to lead Nigeria very well But i am only doubting his capacity to win Tinubu in this election Till today, i am of the opinion that he will never win Tinubu, he ought not to have left the coalition movement to mushroom party, that is his greatest political undoing

“I was in South Africa, they have over 40k megawatt of electricity and yet people are complaining they have no power when we have just 4k in Nigeria and we’re not complaining. This is the time for us to come out to complain, what I’m seeing now, I can change it, Those who refuse to count our votes, we’ll count them with it. Our children cannot go on like this, this country must work, people can no longer take us for granted” - Peter Obi at the NDC dinner tonight

Bro, if your stay is unstable in the Uk 🇬🇧 or your COS is having some question mark — stay in the UK -don’t travel oh until you sort things out. If you travel to Nigeria and you can’t return— you’ll understand what we’re saying. Nigeria of 2026 is mini hell oo— Tinubu has disorganised the country.

@EleluAyoola This is the mindset most of our leaders in Nigeria need to adopt. Go to places where things are working, then come back home to replicate them. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. This way, we can move forward faster than we ever thought possible

Dr Abdulkarim Ayopo Oloyede, now Professor Oloyede of Telecommunications Department at the University of Ilorin and son of former University of Ilorin Vice-Chancellor and immediate past JAMB Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, expressed confidence in a 2017 interview that his father would introduce major reforms at JAMB. Speaking shortly after Prof. Ishaq Oloyede assumed office as JAMB Registrar, Dr Abdulkarim said he had no doubt that his father would bring several innovations to the examination body. According to him, his confidence was based on personal experiences of how his father identified useful ideas elsewhere and successfully replicated them at the University of Ilorin. He recalled that while he was studying for his master’s degree in the United Kingdom, his university produced a simple T-shirt with the names of graduating students printed on it. His father asked him to buy one because he wanted to introduce the same idea at UNILORIN, which he later did. Dr Abdulkarim also gave another example from 2007, when he sat for an examination in Kaduna and received his result almost immediately. When he informed his father, Prof. Oloyede was surprised and asked how the result could be released so quickly. Dr Abdulkarim explained that it was a Computer-Based Test. His father then asked him to return to the examination centre so he could speak with the organisers. After speaking with them, Prof. Oloyede made further enquiries about the CBT system, which was said to have been organised by a London-based group. During a subsequent trip to London, he followed up on the matter and was later directed to the group’s representative in Lagos. By the time Dr Abdulkarim returned to Ilorin during his holiday, the University of Ilorin had already begun using Computer-Based Tests. Dr Abdulkarim noted that UNILORIN became one of the earliest Nigerian universities to conduct CBT examinations, adding that his father was someone who embraced technology and used innovation to advance education. He therefore believed that Prof. Oloyede would bring similar reforms and improvements to JAMB. People that have eyes and mind for good changes anywhere they see or hear of it, and always want to bring such to their environment or community are some of the best leaders and administrators to have at the helm of affairs. I make bold to say, if you make an Oloyede a governor or President, he will still adopt many good changes. This is what I expect from our leaders when they travel abroad, especially governors . There too many good things to see in developed countries that an average Nigerian can benefit from and they will forever be happy to have it. I'm glad he was able to prove some of his critics wrong then saying he studied Islamic Religion. His record at University of Ilorin was the biggest reason for his appointment as Jamb Registrar. He will be fondly remembered. I pray the new man, Prof Aina improves more on the legacy he left behind and attract more changes to the institution. ©Elu Ọmọ Elu

@Naija_PR That is the ultimate key to attracting serious investment into the power sector. We all desire stable power, yet a critical challenge remains: many who have the capacity to pay lack the willingness to do so.

@therealnenye … Because this number is linked directly to my BVN and NIN, this unauthorized reassignment poses a severe identity theft and financial security risk. Telecom providers are inadvertently enabling fraud, and urgent government intervention is required to address it.
