To respond to concerns related to raising the authorized share count, this was to specifically address the remaining legacy issues and assist with our acquisition targets. We are near full resolution of one of the legal matters and reaching settlement on the remaining open one. The company has been left in a much stronger financial position by Javier, who brought in no additional debt or unresolved bills. The remaining legacy issues are from leadership prior to his stint. In addition to this we are actively working with the remaining note holder to retire the debt and anticipate closing the note by December 2026. Moving forward we will be utilizing institutional financing to complete our goals and not taking on further notes. We are working to fully stabilize the capital structure to mitigate any future dilution.

I probably would’ve been one of those people myself in the past. But we’re at a turning point now. There’s real growth, and it’s becoming clear. As long as shareholders can see that growth through retailer maps, website updates, and possibly a corporate “Current Events” page with clear, to-the-point updates, that’s the right move. The continued speculation, negativity, and bashing won’t help grow this company in a professional way—it only holds it back.

Looking forward to the next PR—no more independent company posts. $LTNC should go completely silent and only drop PRs on major developments. With all the speculation and people reaching out to businesses directly, it risks damaging what’s being built. Those responding to emails don’t have visibility into contracts being finalized at the executive level. The OTC has been a real eye-opener—watching investors hurt their own positions through speculation and noise. Hopefully other shareholders feel the same. It’s time for Scott, Brad, LAS, Brent, Michael, and the rest of the Team to shift into execution mode—run this in ghost mode and only release meaningful updates. Let the results speak for themselves.
