Does anyone out there know how to contact “Homebase?” Paid for an order which hasn’t been delivered. Phone number is unobtainable and the website just directs you back to “customer care” with no contact details. 🤬 “X” accounts appear inactive. @homebase_uk @homebase_help

@SouthernWater So because you’re unable to put a meter in my property, I have to pay the “average” for a family in a two bed property. There’s just me here. No dishwasher, no washing machine, 4 minute showers! Now I have to pay £86 a month!! Not a chance
