People are so quick to accuse IC when they and their families, to include their innocent children and spouses (even pets), have been victims of this too (across NATO). The gov is certainly not perfect, but it’s very troubling how many people blame U.S. intel for tactics Russia has specialized in since the Cold War: toxins/poisons, active measures, disinformation, psychological operations, and overall masterful manipulation (also cyber activity in the modern age). If you are misidentifying the actual threat, how do you protect anyone from it? I dunno, but my best advice would honestly be to proactively monitor. You can’t detect potential anomalous RF/DEW signatures if you are not consistently measuring for them beforehand (otherwise notoriously hard to detect/identify after the fact). MUPAS at least approaches it from a data perspective that is pretty affordable, and essentially only device we have access to that can do this unless you build your own. Maybe not the original intention of a MUPAS device, but it does work for that— the whistleblowers, Jim Segala, the Tedesco bros, IC/military, etc, should all be coordinating on this to protect people and their innocent family members from the Kremlin’s (and China— CRINK alliance) ever increasingly brazen hybrid warfare tactics and emerging technologies being utilized against NATO (including in the U.S.), such as DEWs/neuroweapons equipped on drones that are capable of extremely efficient multi-spectral “cloaking,”— as Tim Phillips also alluded to. Tim Phillips basically gave you disclosure, but of a very human capability. If NATO intelligences in their entirety are not willing to invoke Article 5 over this in the height of the Davidson Window, then we can at least do our best to protect any potential victims, including UAP whistleblowers and UFO journalists who all have no idea what they are dealing with.
