@traveloneworld I hope someone could help me. I’ve a booking with JAL for a flight to Tokyo in April. I used #booking.com who use Goto Gate for ticketing. Our outbound flight from HEL to HND was cancelled, I’m stuck in a circle of blame with JAL and Goto Gate for weeks it’s awful

@SimonCalder I appreciate you are a busy man. Just having an awful time with booking.com and GotoGate. Due to a flight schedule change by JAL and mistakes by GTG I’m in a circle of blame between them, with no outbound flight in April to Tokyo. Any ideas of escalation?

@bookingcom Can someone please help me deal with Goto Gate? My flights have been changed and no one is assisting me to confirm new one. They keep blaming the airline, the airline is blaming Goto gate. Horrendous customer service.
