@united@ashtilawat This is a problem. One carryon per person and there should be enough room. I had to check my carryon and it got damaged. United just says all the right words, but do NOTHING

On UA545, they barely finished boarding Group 1 and the overhead bins were already full.
We were told only 45 bags fit up there. Still don’t understand how that’s possible in a modern aircraft…
Now 5 boarding groups have to check their carry-ons at the gate and wait at baggage claim on the other side.
If regular economy includes a carry-on, why have a separate ticket from basic economy at all if there’s no space to bring the bag onboard?

@JerryHo63979070@johnnyb23740561@FedExHelp Don’t bother wasting your time filing a complaint. The driver and manager were less than honest when they attempted to deliver a package to my house. I filed a complaint I got the run around. I am asking companies to use USPS or UPS when the deliver to me.

When I phoned initially, when it was already late, they told me I should file a claim after actual delivery and a refund would not be a problem. Customer service on the phone is inadequate

@FedExHelp today a driver did not ring our doorbell when he was delivering a package. My husband saw him returning to his truck and said why didn’t you ring the bell. The driver said I called, no one answered doesn’t your phone work.

@united if I pay to have a carryon, it have to gate check my bag…why? Because some people put their personal item and carryon in the overhead compartment. Why is this not monitored?
