@IndiGo6E It was left inside the aircraft not at the airport. Airport lost and found department has told me that anything lost inside the flight is handled by the airline. I was told by Indigo customer care that the staff will check the flight but no update since 48 hours.

Hi, please note that any such item left at the airport is not under the purview of the airline and is submitted to the Lost and Found department of the concerned airport authority, and customers are required to collect such articles from the airport's Lost & Found department. ~Jasmine

@IndiGo6E PNR: G3HEXY Lost right Airpods bud inside the flight at T1 BLR. Reported to Indigo 1 hour after arrival. No action taken to check the flight. Location is still visible on find my at the terminal. Expect better service and response from Indigo staff.
