Dad life comes with a lot of challenges.  Weight gain, sleep problems, low energy, and no gym. Luckily for you i’ve got the solutions.  Weight gain: You’re not a garbage disposal so don’t act like one. Also no snacks between meals, and ESPECIALLY before bed. Sleep problems: You need a bedtime routine, just like your kids. I like the Bible and blue light blockers. Low Energy: Consistent fuel and hydration is key here, plus making sure you’re absorbing all your nutrients. No Gym: You can get a lot done with body weight, and if you can investing in a little at home gym equipment goes a longgg way. The best thing I learned in the NFL had nothing to do with football. It was an investment mindset. Strong body -> better performance -> more money. In the league, the feedback is instant. But here's what nobody tells you when the game ends: the same equation applies to real life. The feedback loop is just slower. And there's a darker side to this. You either invest in your body now...or you are forced to invest later. Proper diet now, or diabetes medication later. Resistance train now, or a wheelchair later. The ROI on your health is infinite. It's 5 habits - repeated daily - pulling you in one of 2 directions. I watched guys in the NFL with the same resources, same coaches end up in completely different places by 35. The difference was never talent. It was what they consistently did when no one was watching.
