यह राकेश है रेलवे में सीट अटेंडेंट का कार्य करते है, तनख्वाह तक़रीबन 12 से 15 हजार लेकिन वह भी कभी पूरी नहीं मिल पाती ... इसका कारण जान लीजिए इनका कार्य होता है जब कोई यात्री AC 1,2,3 में यात्रा करता है तो उनको कंबल तकिया चादर आदि उपलब्ध कराना यात्रा पश्चात उन सभी को समेटकर रखना l ये लोग अपना काम बखूबी करते है इनकी तनख्वाह तक़रीबन 12 से 15 हजार तक होती है अच्छी बात है ईमानदारी से अपना काम करना इसमें कोई बुराई नहीं है यहाँ तक तो सब ठीक है अपना कार्य करते है और सैलेरी लेतें है! ये तो अच्छी बात है ना l लेकिन इनकी नौकरी में सबसे ज्यादा डर होता है ज़ब कोई कंबल चादर तकिया रुमाल चुरा लेता है तो खट से इनकी सैलेरी से पैसे काट लिए जाते है l एक तकिया का करीब 400, चादर का 300 कंबल का 700 और एक रुमाल नुमा कपड़ा होता है जिसका लगभग 70-100 रूपये तक काट लिया जाता है l हम सभी अक्सर सोशल मिडिया के माध्यम से देखते रहतें है कि कही न कही चोरी करते हुए लोग पकडे जाते है और खुद को जलील बढ़िया से जलील करावाते हुए दिख जाते है l अटेंडेंट बताते है कि सबसे ज्यादा चोरी रात के समय होता है जब यात्री उतरते है तो कुछ ना कुछ गायब ही मिलता है l ये टुच्ची टाइप की घटना सबसे ज्यादा AC टियर 3 में होती है AC 2 में यदा कदा ही चोरी की घटनाये होती है और AC 1 में ऐसी घटनाये कभी नहीं होती है l लेकिन समझ नहीं आता है कि कहाँ से आते है ये लोग जो 1200-1500 की टिकट बुक करने के बाद दो चार सौ रूपये की चोरी करने में कोई शर्म नहीं करते है l एक बार भी नहीं सोचते है कि मेरी इस टुच्ची हरकत से किसी की रोजी रोटी और नौकरी सैलेरी सब खतरे में पड़ जाती है l ज़ब सुबह तकिया चददर कंबल गिनता होगा और कम पड़ता होगा तो उसका मन कितना दुखी होता होगा, कि आज फिर सैलेरी कटेगी, कितने दुखी मन से बददुआ देता होगा l सुपरवाइजर मैनेजर सब चोरी होने पर उसी अटेंडेंट पर चिल्लाते है l और वो सिर्फ सुनता है क्यूंकि रोजी रोटी की बात रहती है l . कई बार हमी में से कई यात्री उसी अटेंडेंट से सीधे मुँह बात नहीं करते है उनको लगता है कि मैंने सीट बुक किया है तो हमको नौकर मिल गया है , जैसे चाहे वैसे ट्रीट करे चाहे खुद के घरवाले तुम्हारी ना सुनते हो l अगर वो आपसे सर कहकर आपको रेस्पेक्ट दे रहे तो खुद को लॉर्ड कर्जन के पोते न समझे, वो भी इंसान है उनकी भी उतनी इज्जत है जितनी आप अपनी समझते है l आप भी उनसे अच्छे से ही बात करे l . बाकी आप कितने ईमानदार और कितने चोर है ये तकिया कंबल चादर की चोरी के बाद पता चल जाता है आखिरकार नाम तो पता चल जाता है बस पता नहीं पता चल पाता है l पकडे जाने पर ये बहुत मारते है आखिर कई चोरी की खींझ भी उतारना रहता है न l . वैसे चोरी चकारी करना अच्छी बात नहीं है सभी को ईमानदारी से ही रहना चाहिए l और चाहे कोई छोटा काम करे या बड़ा सभी की अपनी इज्जत है सभी का अपना आत्मसम्मान है हम सभी को एक दूसरे का सम्मान सिर्फ इसलिए करना चाहिए कि हम सभी इंसान है l जो लोग आज भी ईमानदारी से सफर करते हैं, उन्हें सेल्यूट। और जो नहीं करते… याद रखिए, आपकी असली औकात चोरी करने के बाद खुद ब खुद सामने आ जाती है।
