@PSPCLPb There has been powercut since today morning at Sunny enclave, Kharar at 12.00 pm till now but the app is showing everything is OK. We are now facing powercut issues everyday for at least 5 - 6 hrs since more than a month now. Don't understand what is the issue.

Two weeks later, PSPCL is still discussing “deposit estimates” while a dangerous issue remains unresolved. Consumers are being pushed from office to office instead of getting a clear timeline and action plan.
If officials already visited the site, why has no concrete resolution, written commitment, or completion date been provided yet? Public safety cannot wait for months of internal processing. @PSPCLPb

PSPCL is now harassing the public instead of fixing a serious safety hazard.
Despite multiple emails, WhatsApp complaints, photos and social media reports regarding a dangerous 11kV line issue, I am being told to run from office to office and submit physical applications to clear up PSPCL’s own mess.
Why should citizens pay or chase departments to fix a life-threatening danger created by PSPCL infrastructure?
If any accident happens, PSPCL will be fully responsible.
This is not governance. This is negligence and harassment of the public.

@PSPCLPb I have shared the Smart Meter Hourly Data which shows 0.00 kWh consumption at the exact time (22:33) your Beas Sub-division (Rayya) claimed the complaint was 'Resolved'.
By 'forwarding' the matter, are you trying to protect the officials who faked the records?
1.We need a technical explanation for this discrepancy.
2.We want to know what action is being taken against the JE/SDO responsible for this fraudulent reporting.

EXPOSING THE "DATA MANIPULATION" SCAM: How PSPCL Rayya Division is Faking Service Records! 🚨
I am bringing to light a serious case of administrative fraud and digital record tampering at Beas Sub-division (Rayya Division). To maintain a "100% resolution" record on paper, officials are blatantly faking complaint closures while consumers sit in the dark.
The Evidence of Fraud (Smart Meter Data vs. PSPCL Claims):
1️⃣ The Fake Resolution:
On 13-05-2026, power went out in Village Jodhe at 5:00 PM. I lodged a formal complaint (ID: 101806223). At 10:33 PM, I received a message stating the complaint was 'Resolved.' This was a lie. My Smart Meter Hourly Data (attached) proves the supply was 0.00 kWh at that exact time and remained dead until 9:00 AM the next day.
2️⃣ Systemic Failure at Rayya Division:
This isn't just a local error; it’s a failure of supervision by the Rayya Division authorities. To meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and show "fast service" to headquarters, officials are forcing staff to close complaints prematurely. How did the Rayya Division dashboard show 'Resolved' when the actual meter server was reporting zero consumption?
3️⃣ The "Planned Outage" Cover-up:
After 14 hours of total blackout, power was restored for just 2.5 hours on 14-05-2026, only to be cut again for another 6 hours. This was then labeled a 'Planned Outage' in the system. As per PSERC norms, a planned outage requires a 24-48 hour prior notice. Using this label after the fact is a desperate attempt to legitimize a technical failure.
My Direct Demands:
• @PSPCLPb must initiate a high-level probe into this Data Integrity breach.
• Strict disciplinary action against the JE and SDO of Beas Sub-division for submitting fraudulent reports.
• A cross-audit of Rayya Division’s logbooks against the actual Smart Meter Server Data.
Stop using 'Smart' technology to hide 'Corrupt' practices. Your own digital system is testifying against your incompetence.
