I get it 100%, look I am even down to put 25 millions USD by myself to finish Hytale, that’s how much I believe in it.
No kickstarter, just raw passion, high pressure and high risk taking. Reduce scope: legacy engine, pc only first, open source some parts, small team, cut unfinished features to accelerate towards beta. Get players in ASAP to support development. I even already have a dozen of Hytale legacy engine veterans working with me.
That’s what I would do, but I have not reached out, I’m just thinking about it now because of the bullying haha. This would be a massive challenge and impact all aspects of my life so I would probably need to consult with my family first!

1. Buy the Hytale IP
2. Hire some OG Hytale devs (can give you names)
3. Release the legacy build under @BitshiftEnt (game is like 85% complete btw)
4. Profit / Sell to @Microsoft or @EpicGames for like $10bill

The new demo map for Roblox Vis Tools has finally gone up! This is my direct answer to the original Modern City not showing off my SDK very well, and has been brewing for a while now :)
This maps pretty carefully budgeted so it runs great on mobile, and boasts huge view distances, hundreds of buildings and thousands of props like street lamps, trees and lights.
But funnily enough, it's not THAT fussily put together - the SDK buys you a lot of breathing room.
The artists literally were kitbashing smaller buildings together make bigger buildings. Literal building blocks!
Huge Kudos to Rasberry and Oliver for their art and map building that made this all possible.

The next batch of clips are fetched from our algorithm provider & have their content preloaded just before you swipe. This took exactly 24 months of work to get to this point!
