Finishing the last overnight of my emergency medicine career (at least in the near term). Single coverage overnights in a small but busy community hospital have been some of the toughest shifts of my career. Ironically, this one was pretty easy. The department is empty. Financial discipline has allowed me to move part time. No regrets. I won't miss the nights.
