Hey SOFI, as a long time shareholder I decided to use your platform to arrange a very modest $60K HEL on a single family home with a 50% current LTV (based on your own appraisal) and my 800+ FICO score, and being a repeat borrower (prior loan paid off). It turned out to be far from easy and got treated like I was a sub prime borrower. Took almost 2 months to complete amidst repeated requests for additional information that could have been handled from the start. Sporadic communication on the status also frustrating. Loan closed but disappointed in my experience. For the sake of the stock price (I am underwater), I hope this is not the norm for other borrowers.

My wife’s account at @SoFi was frozen and CLOSED with ZERO warning. They are now HOLDING her money and claiming she is “not the rightful owner” — with NO explanation, no transactions listed, nothing. These were legitimate funds, including documented casino winnings but more importantly the direct deposits from her job. We’ve asked repeatedly: What transaction triggered this? Who is the “originator”? Where is the money? No answers. @CFPB @AnthonyNoto — how is this acceptable? This is people’s livelihoods, not numbers on a screen.

I recently upgraded from being a direct-deposit-only $SOFI Plus member to also paying the $10 a month I was unpleasantly surprised to see my 2.2% cash back perk disappear Maybe this is just a transitional period but still super disappointing Give the 10% boost to paying members!! ❤️ @anthonynoto @SoFi

@SoFiSupport After I updated my app earlier today, my normal paycheck was deposited. I have 11 auto pilot transfers set up, one for each savings vault, and none of them went through. Can this be fixed so I don’t have to go back to manually transferring the money please.

@SoFiSupport I need your help - I am attempting to mobile deposit a 401k rollover check to SoFi to be placed in an IRA. The deposit was cancelled by the back office team because of how the check was made out. SoFi did the rollover process and told me how to make out the check!

Should I switch my primary bank to $SOFI? I’ve always heard great things about it, currently I just use a regional bank that doesn’t really offer any benefits (other than physical branches) For anyone who uses them, what have you not liked about it? The HYSA does look pretty incredible

We want to point out that the timeframe starts when you receive your first direct deposit, not when the account is opened. We recognize that government agencies like SSA can take longer to update direct deposit information. @SoFiSupport GM- Is there a work around for your 25 days requirement to get the bonus for DD after opening an account? SSA typically (read that as USUALLY) takes 2 months to start a new DD. The VA is quite fast, but is <$1,000.
