I have been with SoFi Invest since day one. There were growing pains, but overall I am satisfied. It has come a long way. Here are the things that need improving: - Remove the $50K daily instant transfer limit if the withdrawal destination is a SoFi checking/savings account. - Eliminate the manual approval process for wire transfers out of SoFi Invest. If SoFi checking/savings offers in-app wire transfers, why should SoFi Invest be any different? - When a SoFi Invest user calls, do not route them to a call center in the Philippines or India. They just transfer back to a US representative after you explain the reason for the call. If possible, stop using overseas call centers. The worst is India—I can’t understand anything they are saying. This applies to SoFi banking as well. - When a user requests a partial transfer out of SoFi Invest, do not lock the entire account and prevent the user from trading. This is especially bad if the user has open short-term options. Instead, lock only the positions that are being transferred out. @anthonynoto @SoFi

This sounds like it may involve a SoFi Credit Card; these accounts are subject to closure if they remain inactive for an extended period. @SoFi @anthonynoto FYI: I’ve had two ACAT transfers fail while trying to move assets for the 1% match. Support suggested the first fail was due to a missing DTC #, yet the ACAT request via app doesn't ask for it. Calling again later to ask why the 2nd request failed.

@SoFi If you can manage to get a bitcoin rewards credit card, preferably visa so it works at Costco, it's game over for Coinbase. You already smoke them in yield, beneficiaries, FDIC insurance, direct deposit, bill pay, and more. Please for the love of God help me get off that trash of an exchange.

Switched to @SoFi bank for their hysa less then 4 months ago and they have already changed their terms where now you have to pay $10/month to get that rate … so I will be leaving sofi for another bank if anyone has a hysa rec

Don’t bank with @SoFi. They don’t care for their customers. All of my $$ was stolen at 2am on Fri via obviously fraudulent charges, & not only did SoFi do nothing to stop those charges, they won’t even begin investigating till Mon & it could be WEEKS before they restore my funds.

@SoFiSupport If you’re going to flag Zelle transactions for being “too high,” at least notify me first—or just set a clear send limit. Because of this hold, I can’t access money that was sent to help me get off the side of the road. This shouldn’t happen, and it’s the last straw
