@SoFi Last week I was setting up a reoccurring deposit, unfortunately I never went through with it, I couldn’t see my accounts because they blend in with the background, luckily today after a closer look I realized that the accounts are there just hidden @SoFiSupport this needs fixed.

@SoFi Great updates in the app! You should consider adding a simulated option pricing feature for options. Would be super useful and help set it apart from other brokers. I've been considering using Sofi as my main trading acc. but still needs a few chart improvements. Would love to share.

well Sofi has officially lost me - I made an account with them in December for their HYSA and they decided to change it and now they're putting a 20k limit on the APY.... ridiculous. i'm going back to capital one @SoFi

Hey @SoFi @anthonynoto I think you can help. I have been with Navy Federal Credit Union since 1991. But NFCU's Digital Investor platform is marketed with a "$1 minimum investment" — language designed to signal accessibility for young service members. Then they charge $3.50/month to use it. An E-2 investing $20/month loses 17.5% of their contribution to that flat fee before a single dollar reaches the market. Even with their "Active Duty Checking" discount ($2.50/month), it's still 12.5%. At $50/month — already a stretch on junior enlisted pay — it's still 7%. That's 6–9x what a high-fee actively managed mutual fund charges. And NFCU collects that fee whether the account goes up or down. For contrast: USAA looked at this same problem and made the opposite decision. In May 2020 they sold their entire brokerage operation to Schwab and now simply refer their members there — at no added cost. They chose member outcome over revenue capture. That's a matter of public record. You're already doing this right. $0/month, $0 minimum, fractional shares from $1, and a 1% match on recurring deposits for qualifying members. You literally pay young investors to build the habit NFCU charges them for. The market is 1.3 million active duty enlisted personnel. Many are 18–24 years old, have direct deposit, and are being underserved by the institution they trust most. As a TSP investor, NFCU and SoFi customer, and a retired servicemember — I think we owe it to the people still serving to give them the best possible access to start building their own wealth. Can @SoFi help @NavyFederal offer better investing access to its members, the way USAA did over six years ago?
