A few thoughts now that we've lost monoclonal antibodies as part of our COVID-19. I've prescribed 25 paxlovid courses this week.
1) The preference needs to be pax for high risk patients. 3 days of remdesivir is resource intensive, and only for patients where pax can't be used

@sohalv @MPaiMD This is a great tool. Does it apply to all of Ontario? Have you found that immunocompromised pts knew about your #Paxlovid clinic in advance or did they find out about it after their positive PCR test? I'm advocating for hospitals to proactively contact their eligible IC pts.
