@solenebfg_ @etihad @EtihadHelp I’ve spoken to them and they’ve not corrected the error and have been offered 4 days later to fly. But I think if you don’t chase them they wouldn’t fix it themselves. Decided to apply for the refund and fly home a different route. Good luck!

@etihad @EtihadHelp I spent all day yesterday waiting to speak to someone on the live chat and my position in the queue didn’t change. How can I speak to someone if no one replies I have to sleep at some point? My second flight leaves before I land in Abu Dhabi. Please help.
