نخست‌وزیر نتانیاهو: اسرائیل به دستاوردهای بزرگی رسیده است. دستاوردهایی که تا همین اواخر کاملا خیالی به نظر می‌رسیدند. جمهوری اسلامی ضعیف‌تر از همیشه است و اسرائیل قوی‌تر از همیشه. این جمع‌بندی این نبرد تا این لحظه است. و می‌خواهم بگویم: هنوز اهدافی باقی مانده که باید به آن‌ها برسیم، و به آن‌ها خواهیم رسید—چه از راه توافق و چه با ازسرگیری جنگ. زیرا ما آماده‌ایم هر لحظه که لازم باشد به نبرد بازگردیم؛ انگشت‌مان روی ماشه است. همان‌طور که می‌دانید، دیشب یک آتش‌بس موقت دو هفته‌ای میان ایالات متحده و ایران، با هماهنگی کامل با اسرائیل، به اجرا درآمد. نه، آن‌ها در لحظه آخر ما را غافلگیر نکردند. اکنون می‌خواهم تأکید کنم: این پایان نبرد نیست، بلکه مرحله‌ای در مسیر دستیابی به تمام اهداف ماست. جمهوری اسلامی وارد این مذاکرات شده در حالی که ضربه خورده و ضعیف‌تر از همیشه است. این کشور متعهد شده تنگه هرمز را باز نگه دارد، پس از آن‌که از تمامی شروط اولیه‌ای که مطرح کرده بود صرف‌نظر کرد. از جمله لغو تحریم‌ها، دریافت غرامت، پایان کامل جنگ و همچنین آتش‌بس در لبنان.در حالی که ایران ضعیف‌تر از همیشه است، اسرائیل قوی‌تر از هر زمان دیگری است. شش هفته پیش، برای نخستین بار در تاریخ، ما شانه‌به‌شانه دوست‌مان رئیس‌جمهور ترامپ و متحد بزرگ‌مان ایالات متحده وارد جنگ شدیم. ما یک عملیات تاریخی را آغاز کردیم، بزرگ‌ترین عملیاتی که خاورمیانه تاکنون به خود دیده است. چنین چیزی هرگز در تاریخ اسرائیل سابقه نداشته است. چنین شراکتی میان اسرائیل و ایالات متحده علیه بزرگ‌ترین دشمن‌مان نیز هرگز در تاریخ اسرائیل وجود نداشته است. و بله، می‌توانم کسانی را که نگران روابط میان من و رئیس‌جمهور ترامپ هستند، آرام کنم. همان‌طور که او گفت: «شما عالی هستید.» ما هر روز با هم صحبت می‌کنیم و وقتی این ارزیابی‌ها را می‌شنویم، لبخند می‌زنیم. در هر صورت، هر کسی که قدرت این شراکت را نادیده بگیرد، در واقع حقیقت را نادیده گرفته است. این تهدید دوگانه‌ی وجودی را از بالای سر خود دور کردیم. رژیم ترور در ایران را سال‌ها به عقب راندیم. پایه‌های آن را متزلزل کردیم و آن را درهم شکستیم. پس تا این لحظه چه به دست آورده‌ایم؟ ماشین تولید موشک ایران را از کار انداخته‌ایم. نه‌تنها موشک‌های موجود را نابود کردیم، بلکه کارخانه‌هایی را که این موشک‌ها را تولید می‌کردند نیز از بین بردیم. رژیم ایران اکنون از آنچه در انبارهایشان باقی مانده شلیک می‌کنند؛ این ذخایر به‌تدریج رو به پایان است، اما آن‌ها دیگر موشک جدیدی تولید نمی‌کنند. ما ضربه‌ای سنگین به برنامه هسته‌ای جمهوری اسلامی وارد کردیم. زیرساخت‌های هسته‌ای متعددی را نابود کردیم، از جمله کارخانه‌های سانتریفیوژ، و همچنین دانشمندان هسته‌ای بیشتری را از میان برداشتیم که به کسانی که پیش‌تر حذف کرده بودیم، اضافه شدند. و درباره مواد غنی‌شده‌ای که هنوز در ایران باقی مانده، همان‌طور که امروز مقامات ارشد دولت ترامپ گفتند، این مواد به‌طور کامل از آن خارج خواهد شد.

The Iranian regime is now trying to dictate what we and Israel do?  It is using the negotiations and the strait to blackmail us and Israel to ensure Hezbollah can keep raining down missiles, control Lebanon, and commit acts of terror? The regime should not be making any demands let alone this one. If they’ve been defeated then what’s all this bull? Plus, they’re trying to divide us and Israel and us and the Arab states.   We must not capitulate to this.

Je me suis entretenu aujourd’hui avec le Président iranien Massoud Pezeshkian, ainsi qu’avec le Président américain Donald Trump. À tous deux, j’ai indiqué que leur décision d’accepter un cessez-le-feu était la meilleure possible. J’ai exprimé mon espoir que le cessez-le-feu soit pleinement respecté par chacun des belligérants, sur tous les terrains d’affrontement, y compris au Liban. C’est une condition nécessaire pour que ce cessez-le-feu soit crédible et durable. Il doit ouvrir la voie à une négociation d’ensemble permettant d’assurer la sécurité de tous au Moyen-Orient. Tout accord devra apporter des réponses aux inquiétudes que suscitent les programmes nucléaire et balistique de l’Iran mais aussi sa politique régionale et ses mesures d’entrave à la navigation dans le détroit d’Ormuz. C’est ainsi qu’une paix robuste et durable pourra être bâtie, avec le concours de tous ceux qui peuvent y contribuer. La France y prendra toute sa part, en liaison étroite avec ses partenaires au Moyen-Orient. C’est ce que j’ai également évoqué dans mes échanges ce jour avec les dirigeants du Qatar, des Émirats arabes unis, du Liban et de l’Irak.

The revolution in Iran started with the people and it will end with the people and their ultimate victory over the Islamic Republic. Whatever twists and turns the diplomatic process takes, the fundamentals of the Islamic regime have not changed. Not from the standpoint of ninety million Iranians who have lived under this tyranny for 47 years. This is a regime that murdered 45,000 innocent protesters in just two days on January 8th and 9th of this year. A regime that is executing young protesters as we speak. A regime that has lost every shred of legitimacy it ever claimed to hold. No ceasefire, no agreement, no formula with the remnants of this regime changes that reality. The military operations of recent weeks have weakened the regime's repressive machinery and fractured its command structure. The playing field is more level than it has been in decades. The people of Iran welcome this. It is what they called for on the streets of Iran and in the streets of cities around the world, in their millions. They want to see the regime's capacity for repression degraded further. The Iranian people are determined to bring this regime down. They have had enough. They have always known that ultimately, while they welcome and appreciate international help, they would need to finish the job themselves. Because they will never accept this rump regime, the very same regime and same thugs that slaughtered them in the streets just two months ago. Ali Khamenei is dead but the regime has not changed, because its nature and its DNA are unchangeable. We see it clearly at this very moment. This criminal cabal is still firing rockets at and violating the sovereignty of our neighbors. It is still threatening the United States and Europe. It is still inviting terrorist groups like Hezbollah, Hashd-al Shabi and others onto our soil to terrorize Iranians and prevent popular protests. It is still holding the people of Iran hostage with an Internet blackout that has lasted for more than one whole month, because it is still afraid of the people of Iran. It is still afraid of their righteous rage, their demand for dignity, and their fight for freedom. They are afraid because they know the people’s fight will not cease. Nor should the world’s resolve. This regime, weakened as it is, is not a reliable partner for any lasting arrangement. A wounded animal lashes out. It becomes more dangerous. That is what this regime will do. It is not sitting at the negotiation table out of good will. It is there, yet again, to buy time, to seek concessions, and to strengthen its hand to inflict more terror on Iranians and on the world. It won’t be tamed at the negotiation table, it can only be empowered and emboldened. The right course is to see this through to its conclusion, to continue to set the conditions for the people of Iran to wage the final battle for liberation. To ensure that when Iranians again come to the streets, the regime is not able to crack down. But even if further help does not come, Iranians will fight on. The regime will fall. That is a certainty. The only question is when, and how much more terror, blackmail, and suffering the world is prepared to tolerate in the meantime. A free, democratic Iran restored to its civilizational roots is the only path to stability across the entire region. A country the international community can work with. An end to decades of proxy wars, gas price terrorism, nuclear brinksmanship, and hostage blackmail. Iranians will not quit. They will not surrender. Mark my words: Iranians cannot be hidden from history. They are making history. Iranians will reclaim their liberty and their nation. As I have told my compatriots: I hear you. I am with you. The world may be distracted today by the back and forth of diplomatic compromises, but your courage, your sacrifice, and your cries for liberty continue to be seen and heard. And they will not go unrewarded. You will not be forced to accept the remnants of this regime clinging to power. This battle will only end with your liberation. You, like the other heroes of our history, will be recorded as great men and women who defied an illegitimate, tyrannical regime and reclaimed Iran for future generations. I am with you until our ultimate victory. Until we reclaim Iran and we rebuild our beloved nation, hand in hand. The struggle continues. We will see it through.
