@Uber Dear Uber Nigeria Team, I am writing to strongly protest the continued imposition of toll gate charges and MMA packing charges on Uber Bike rides. These charges are fraudulent and unacceptable for the following reasons:

Rider is still not here

@Uber I have a rider that's currently live, he was supposed to deliver at 11:52am, but right now he has not even gotten to half of the journey. The value is supposed to be ₦5,400. I just hope the price will not exceed the amount. Chat and number no respond

This is just less than 40 minutes journey.

A ride that's supposed to arrival in less than 30 minutes by 11:56am is showing 1pm now again

He has stationes over 30 minutes in the same location. How hard can it be to get to isolo bridge from ladies towards mile 2
