@YatraOfficial my flight is delayed. As per @flyspicejet it's a group booking and they are unable to make changes to the flight. Your IVR just disconnects stating you will check with airline. Sent booking ref no and PNR on DM.

@flyspicejet @kamaltanwani Same issue. I called multiple times. It goes in long waiting of more than 10 mins and then gets disconnected. Sent details on DM also.

@SwiggyCares order 190715371833049 was delayed by more than 90 mins. I contacted support. The lady conferenced the call with DE. He said he went home after pickup but it's just been 15 min since he picked the order. So I told him it will be 2 hrs soon.

@SwiggyCares and told them that I'm drunk and abusing him. Now we're waiting for the cops to arrive. What should I do? When I asked support to ask someone from Swiggy to deal with him, I was told by someone called Tone that he will highlight. Pls listen to that call too.
