Personal update: I've joined Anthropic. I think the next few years at the frontier of LLMs will be especially formative. I am very excited to join the team here and get back to R&D. I remain deeply passionate about education and plan to resume my work on it in time.

Thanks for fighting the good fight @Agrippa_Inv. @Infinityalready I was there in the early days and for full disclosure I have been a shareholder and investor (yes investor) since January 2020. I have endless proof that $IREN ’s strategy was always to build a vertically integrated High Performance Compute (HPC) platform. I wouldn’t have been involved if it wasn’t. Bitcoin was the starting workload and revenue generator and IREN sold all the Bitcoin it mined daily and invested it back in to building the most amazing team, buying up fantastic sites with renewable power and growing out its data center infrastructure. While profitably mining Bitcoin it had the time to watch what was happening with AI compute and choose its entry point. The revenue from Bitcoin gave it time to prove to key players (little companies like NVIDIA and Microsoft) that it was the real deal. I don’t know if you are an entrepreneur or not but think about how freaking brilliant this was for entering this market. Startup to one of the largest AI infrastructure providers globally in 8 years. In all my time in the HPC data center space (started in 2001) I have never seen any company execute as brilliantly as IREN. *pictures were taken by me

I stole this idea and now use it with every single employee. It’s the best illustration I’ve seen of teaching someone to be high agency. It says there are 5 levels of work: Level 1: “There is a problem.” Level 2: “There is a problem, and I’ve found some causes.” Level 3: “Here’s the problem, here are some possible causes, and here are some possible solutions.” Level 4: “Here’s the problem, here’s what I think caused it, here are some possible solutions, and here’s the one I think we should pick.” Level 5: “I identified a problem, figured out what caused it, researched how to fix it, and I fixed it. Just wanted to keep you in the loop.” Using this framework, here’s what I say to every new employee… You will live at Level 4 from Day 1 and as we build trust you will rise to Level 5. Being high agency doesn’t just mean tackling problems in this way. It means your entire way of working should be oriented to being a Level 4+ employee. Plz feel free to steal it as well. Pray for President Trump to accept Christ as his Savior because that is the only way he will make it into heaven. It IS possible that President Trump gets to heaven, but only if he accepts Christ. I would welcome him as my brother in Christ and want to see him in heaven one day.

Trump is right that if a country does have God it will be hard to be a good country Unfortunately, he doesn’t know the Gospel. Pray God works in his heart to bring him to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ
