Unable to make a payment using Visa/ Mastercard international CCs (tried 3 cards) on the app, website, payment link provided by AI rep. Talked to my banks and there is no issue at their end. Can you please look into this?

@AxisBankSupport There has been no salary deposit since April 2013 :). I left the country back then. Why did the freeze happen after 4+ years?
