Hello @Edfa3lyKuwait , I have been waiting for a refund from over 6months. What kind of service is this? Your customer support and promises are fake. Do you behave like this only at @Edfa3lyKuwait or also at @edfa3lyJapan , @edfa3lycom , @Edfa3lyKSA ....??

@Aramex @Aramex Package has cleared customs 10 days ago and sitting with Aramex without being delivered. Who is responsible contact person for Aramex Kuwait ?

@Aramex #negligence Aramex continues to amaze me with their poor service. It take only 7 days for an international package to arrive and clear customs. But been 8 days since package cleared customs. They have not delivered & won't disclose the location so i can go pick it up.

@lordmhnd @Aramex Aramex agents make fake promises when you call their call center. Poor services and high rates. Last week i was overpriced for a shipment since they wanted to do a magnetic scan.

@FederalBankLtd Please share contact details of your @FederalBankLtd managing director or higher authority personnel who is serious about providing services. Your pongamoodu branch has already lied to me twice and playing games when I requested the PIN number to net banking.
