mark zuckerberg laid off 16,000 people at @meta. then started building an AI CEO agent to do his own job. the CEO of a $1.5 trillion company didn't automate himself away. he made himself AI-native. that distinction matters. the job listing says "engineer" or "marketer." what they actually want is someone who operates at 5x because AI is already in their workflow. the most valuable thing you can do right now isn't learn a new framework or get another certification. it's making AI so embedded in how you work that the gap between you and a five-person team disappears. that's what AI-native means. and it's what every company is about to start optimizing for.

I've done over 150 technical interviews. I can predict most answers before candidates finish talking. Until I met Johann. Before @contrarioai, he helped scale a startup from pre-seed to Series A+ as a founding engineer. When I asked about an important technical decision he’d made, he didn’t tell me about the optimal solution he built. He told me about the optimal solution he didn’t build, and why. That answer told me exactly how he’d show up on our team. When the company needs something by Friday, Johann ships it. Not a sloppy v1.
