Jane isn't the only TUI passenger in this position. The company says affected passengers have been told, but also say the online flight schedule is accurate.

@soph239 @BlackCatJack101 @TUIUK So far so good for our flight on 9th June, however I do not expect it to stay that way. Absolute appalling treatment of customers. You know which flights have been cancelled so let people know, do the decent thing!

@soph239 @TUIUK Our family has flown with them literally ever since I can remember. They were really bad at communicating during covid to 😩. Ended up winging it when getting to the airport not knowing what documents we needed (this was in 2020)
