@jzrdan The reason they won’t force him out is because he is psychotic enough to take them all with him and call an election instead of resigning

The fact that less than 10% of the party are calling for his resignation is surprising given how far the Labour Party have fallen. That said, his replacements don’t bear thinking about. Perhaps him holding on until a general election isn’t the worst scenario…

As if Southport haven't had enough ! 3,000 undocumented men are going to be put into Pontins holiday park soon , yes its being decorated care of the taxpayer for them to enjoy , don't forget the perks they will enjoy swimming pools restaurants everything people pay for when they go on holiday all free for these men ! @TMillionAdviser @DvdndDiplomats This isn’t quite accurate invest in the S&P 500 dividends reinvested vs not is a massive difference so I wouldn’t call them pointless

Dividends have almost become pointless. The high payer typically lose money on capital, and the common payers (1-1.5%) don't pay enough to make a difference. Article in the Journal today highlighted this very point. General Mills, Conagra, Heintz, Campbells, Verizon, all negative in total return.

What do you think the most undervalued dividend stock is at the moment??

@baileyinvests it’s not at all. Sad really because people still need Landlords however the trajectory of the world has been taught to hate landlords and governments want to score brownie points with the new demographic of voters by punishing landlords. The fact remains people still need housing
