@cutiieepie6 It's called window privacy film, and if its for the kids you can get kinds that are rainbowy and cast rainbows when the sun hits. You could cut out a little peephole so they can still see outside but noone can see in from the road.

We just bought a new home that has a bunch of beautiful windows. However, there is a window in my children's bathroom that is on the front of the house and very close to the shower. Looking for recommendations on how to keep the light but also give my children privacy while they're in the bathroom. (The thing currently covering the bottom of the window is a mirror that's temporarily leaning against the house.)

Ladies, I need your honest opinion. My daughter’s fiancé gave her this ring, but when she showed it to me, I told her it looked small and not very nice, and that she should ask him to replace it with something better. She refused to say anything to him, but I just want the best for my daughter. Do you think I’m right, or am I overstepping? Be honest Ladies 👀💍

@Tusk_4Real Maybe it's age? 90% of my sleepovers were as a teen. We also live in a weird time. Video games have replaced toys. Most multiplayer games nixxed couch co-op for online play. I haven't had a "sleep over" but I have stayed up late playing games to the same effect.

I was a kid in the 90s, and by the time I was 12 I had stayed at my friends houses hundreds of nights for sleepovers. My friends stayed with me hundreds of nights for sleepovers. Video games. Making home movies. Snacks. Bewshittin'. My sons are 8 and 12 and neither of them have ever been to a sleepover. Neither of them have ever tried to get one cooking at my house. And don't get me wrong - I do NOT want other kids at my house. But I wouldn't deny my kids the opportunity to make those memories. Are sleepovers just not a thing anymore? What is going on?

Has anyone else ever experienced something like this with their vehicle? It took multiple tow trucks working together just to get it out. What’s crazy is the sunroof is still completely intact, no airbags deployed, and the interior is pristine. The main damage is to the front end and windshield. I’m honestly still in shock trying to process all of this and research whether something similar has happened to anyone else. Would really appreciate hearing if anyone has dealt with a vehicle rolling away on its own while turned off and parked.

While I was asleep this morning, just before 8am, my neighbor sat outside drinking his coffee and watched my turned-off, parked Infiniti QX80 roll out of the driveway, through my fence, across the backyard, and flip upside down by the golf course while golfers stood there watching like it was the back nine at Augusta. Hope everybody’s Mother’s Day is going at least a little smoother than my family’s!

I wish restaurants offered "girl dinner" type deals where it's just like 1 of every appetizer, a piece of garlic bread, and a side salad. This is all a girl want 90% of the time. I would pay good $$ for this! Bonus points for a pickle on the side!

@melissasteadman @Publix We stopped at a Publix (near the Volshop) when we were visiting Tennessee earlier this year. We don’t have Publix in Australia, but your story reminded me of how friendly and engaging the staff were.

Have to share. My 4yo daughter has become connected to this 70 yo checker named Frank at Publix. He is engaging, kind, always remembers her, shares stories, etc. My husband went there today with her to buy me some birthday flowers and a card...cont...

@southercandy @crousselle Try telling that to Hubs. He likes giving cash along with one of those small (think about the size of a hardback book) dorm size safes. He thinks college age kids are old enough to have a safe.
