Six months later and the same runaround @Experian_US. You are required to remove the freeze on request but your web site has never once accepted my proofs of identity. What does a person have to do to get you to comply with the law?
@Experian_US You won't lift my credit freeze online, by phone, or with my written request, which included all supporting documentation and a check. It's been a week since you received my written request. Doesn't the law require that you lift the freeze within 3 days?
