On the 18th of August, he suffered a terrible fall in Ibiza and is fighting for his life. His family are trying to bring him back to the UK, and need help with the air ambulance costs. @British_Airways Very unhelpful actually I reported my luggage missing 11/12/22 and it still remains ‘missing’ 10 days later - I can tell you exactly where it is it’s in Heathrow Terminal 5 along with hundreds of other bags insecurely stored!!!

@British_Airways we arrived to LHR from JFK on Sunday AM and our connecting flight to NCL was cancelled therefore meaning we had to hire a car and drive 5 hours home.. we were told to leave bags and they would arrive at our address within 1-2 days. It’s now nearly 4 and no sign
