@SandyofCthulhu It was less about helping us and all about getting revenge on King George II. France was a monarchy too, they had no interest in propping up a republic and historically didn't. But, King Louis XVI's hatred of King George II was high. That's why France got involved.

I saw a discussion about Argentina wanting to take the Falkland Islands. Chile apparently is backing their play. I looked up the size of the UK military in 1982 (when they fought the Falklands war) and compared it to its size today. They lost 60% of their capabilities since '82.

@MAC_Arms @LillianneMoo The Striplula is awesome too load from striper clips. Way more efficient than the spoon. It works w/loose ammo. It's also very light and is easy to incorporate into your kit.

@LillianneMoo I don't understand the utility of such a device on STANAG magazines. They are quite easy to load without tools, simply push each round straight down. I understand tools like th UpLula for semi-staggered handgun mags though, those can get hard to load for some folks. 👍

The irony of somebody claiming I just made something up-when there's other Euroweenies saying it in the same set of comments-is great. And mine was just one post of thousands on the topic, all with comments demonstrating the same behavior that Americans have been reading for years. But sure... It's all in our heads. Europe is super appreciative of America paying for their national defense, and liberal Europeans (a group known for their honest humility) love when Americans talk about this subject.
