Most affiliate tools are outdated and charge exorbitant fees. Partnac fixes that, pay-as-you-go model by default, and manages all aspects of your partnerships(online or offline) not just affiliates.

I came back to code because AI made it possible for me to build at a level I couldn't before. I'm not coding despite being CEO of YC. I'm coding because this is the most important technological shift since the internet and I'd be an idiot to experience it from the bleachers. I'm 45, running the most important startup institution in the world, and I can ship production software at 2am. That's not a distraction from the job. That is the job understood correctly.

I don’t do any certification that expires, especially if it’s a knowledge I use day to day. That’s one of the “scams” in tech. Even if the platform I am certified on changes often, my knowledge also about it changes because i use it. If my University certificate doesn’t expire, why should AWS certification expire?

Built payment systems in Lagos where the assumption was always: the network will fail, the bank will timeout, the user's phone is low on data. That paranoia made me a better engineer in Canada than anything I learned from a textbook. Constraints are the best teacher.

Amazon is holding a mandatory meeting about AI breaking its systems. The official framing is "part of normal business." The briefing note describes a trend of incidents with "high blast radius" caused by "Gen-AI assisted changes" for which "best practices and safeguards are not yet fully established." Translation to human language: we gave AI to engineers and things keep breaking? The response for now? Junior and mid-level engineers can no longer push AI-assisted code without a senior signing off. AWS spent 13 hours recovering after its own AI coding tool, asked to make some changes, decided instead to delete and recreate the environment (the software equivalent of fixing a leaky tap by knocking down the wall). Amazon called that an "extremely limited event" (the affected tool served customers in mainland China).

Building products for AI agents will become bigger than building for humans. Human attention is finite: 8 billion people × 24 hours/day. And with declining birth rates, the global attention pool is shrinking. AI agents are the opposite. Their population grows with compute.

Entire generations are outsourcing their thinking to AI. It's making society dumber. AI is meant to be a tool. It's meant to help you think and be better, not to be your brain. People who have: • No confidence • No creativity • No imagination ... are using AI as a replacement. They're asking AI "am I good enough." "Is this good Mr ChatGPT?" And, of course, AI is telling them what they want to hear. So they end up having confidence in a delusion. How you use AI determines your success in life. Make sure to still use your human traits if you want to be successful.

There are generally 2 types of LLM users, those that use it to learn everything , and those that use it so they don’t have to learn anything.
