Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, IAS, launched a mobile app for real-time monitoring of fly ash transportation from source to destination. Developed by IIT Bhubaneswar with SPCB Odisha, it uses advanced geofencing for tracking and compliance.

ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ସମ୍ପଦ ଓ ପରିବେଶର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରାଜ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ବୋର୍ଡ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ୩୧ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨୦୨୬ ଯାଏଁ ଚାଲୁଥିବା "ସିଙ୍ଗଲ୍ ୟୁଜ୍ ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ୍-ମୁକ୍ତ ପିକନିକ୍ କ୍ୟାମ୍ପେନ୍ ୨୦୨୫" ରେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ସମସ୍ତ ରାଜ୍ୟବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରୁଛି। ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ ଓ ବନ୍ଧୁମିଳନର ଏହି ଆନନ୍ଦମୟ ସମୟରେ ଆମର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନସ୍ଥଳୀଗୁଡ଼ିକର ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛତା ଓ ଗରିମା ବଜାୟ ରଖିବା ଆମ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର ନୈତିକ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ। ଆସନ୍ତୁ, ପରିବେଶ ପ୍ରତି ସଚେତନ ରହି ଆମର ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ ଐତିହ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପ୍ରଦୂଷଣରୁ ମୁକ୍ତ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ସମ୍ମିଳିତ ପ୍ରୟାସ କରିବା। ଏହି ଅଭିଯାନର ସଫଳତା ପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ଆପଣମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକକ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ପ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟିକ (Single Use Plastic) ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବର୍ଜନ କରିବା ସହ ପରିବେଶ ଅନୁକୂଳ ତଥା ପୁନଃବ୍ୟବହାର ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଆପଣାଇବାପାଇଁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରୁଛି । ସାର୍ବଜନୀନ ସ୍ଥାନଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ସ୍ୱଚ୍ଛତା ବଜାୟ ରଖିବା ଦ୍ୱାରା ହିଁ ଆମେ ଏକ ସୁସ୍ଥ, ସୁନ୍ଦର ଓ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସ୍ୱପ୍ନକୁ ସାକାର କରିପାରିବା। ଆପଣଙ୍କର ସହଯୋଗ ଓ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ବ୍ୟବହାର ଆମ ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ପରିବେଶ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଏକ ଆଦର୍ଶ ଭାବେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପିତ କରିବ ବୋଲି ମୋର ଦୃଢ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ।
