Congratulations to @AlistairCarns who has been appointed new Veterans Minister. Al served 24 years in the Royal Marines and reached the rank of Colonel, left the military in May this year to run in the general election. He was awarded the Military Cross for his actions in Afghanistan and will now run the Office for Veterans Affairs for the new government. Good effort Royal.

@Little_EllieC This was my Ruby back in December - 120g lipome (benign) removal…so glad it’s out as although it didn’t restrict her movement it would have done. Anxious times but thankfully all went well and now you wouldn’t know it had happened. Be strong!!
