Speardillpickles true sampling has been an industry standard and it has limits and some people can take advantage and use it to much. But I have heard allot of kpop and been raised around American music and culture my whole life and am telling you. No they might take some inspiration but they have there own style and culture in it. It’s not blatant stealing of culture. Like I said before art is an interpretation from skilled individuals based on inspiration from previous works it’s an evolving expression of human emotion. Races cannot claim art because in wasn’t a whole race or culture who defined it. individuals who took inspiration and created new art and used there skills apart from the whole race. And it’s more complex if you break it down even further.
