@niteshpansari1 @Steam @Steam_Support I got my account back. But will he refund the money the thief used to buy the game and give it to others? Steam says I need the THIEF to confirm the REFUND (that's just ridiculous).

Yesterday, my @Steam account was hacked, and the thief stole my money by buying games and giving them as gifts. This is what @Steam_Support responded to me. Do you think this is even normal?

@aryanxvz @Steam @Steam_Support I mean, @Steam just doesn't care about scaming in their service and doesn't do anything with it. I set 2-factor verification, didn't connect any other sites to Steam, and someone stole my money. @Steam_Support like: oh, ok, good, we don't care

@speytdesign @Steam @Steam_Support not sure if it can be reversed, but the person who received the gift could get banned (only if steam support actually decides to take action which is rare)
