Be careful if you want to use @ring customer service. It's terrible. We've been logged out of my moms ring account for 10 days now. I can't reset the password because it is linked to my fathers phone who passed away. I've spent time on calls, twice and tried on here but i can't get anywhere. I was promised it'd be sorted in 72 hours but I've heard nothing. How come we can't do a simple thing like reset a password and get the verification code via email? So now I am paying for an account that I can't access it. I can't even log in to cancel the subscription.

We fully support this message and will be contacting the FSA and SYP ourselves tomorrow to echo the sentiments in this e-mail . In the hope they will reconsider.
