@rudekyoni999 Thanks for the explanation, I go 4 times a night, disturbing my sleep and I get so thirsty as well. Thought I had diabetes

peeing too often is a sign of low metabolic rate and high adrenaline, we evaporate around 1L of water for every 1,000 calories burned, so if you pee a lot especially at night your metabolism is slow and stress hormones are probably high.
