I know there are many kinds of men who hate women, but there is something so unadulterated about gay male misogyny. When straight men hate women it’s a means to an end, an attempt to get servitude, reproductive control, or create a dynamic where they can be obeyed out of fear. When gay men hate women, there are no attempts at ideological, political or religious justification. They don’t actually want anything from women. There is nothing to be gained, so there is nothing to conceal. Hatred for its own sake. Truly horrifying.
